We have been doing landscaping and maintenance work in Bentwater over the past 8 years. We look forward to bringing a top notch, hands free service to you. Also, please understand that, as we start the service we are trying to show up on these days:

 The following is the schedule for the different areas of the communities and the day of the week that your service will be provided (weather permitting).

MONDAY/TUESDAY : Sections 48 & 49 - Yacht Harbor

WEDNESDAY : Sections 38 & 39 – Harborview – Creekwood

THURSDAY : Somerset – Winthrop Harbor

FRIDAY : Somerset – Logansport

FRIDAY: The Estates Common Areas and Common Areas FM 1097 & Entrances

Simple Service Guideline

  • Mowing & Edging – 43x Annually

  • Turf Fertilization – 5x Annually (1 week notice prior to applications)

  • Spot Treatment of Ant Mounds – As Needed

  • Tree Limb Pruning – 1x Annually under 6’ to remove low limbs

  • Shrub Pruning – 5x Annually (Deeper pruning done between November & February)

  • Flowerbeds – 43x Annually

  • Mulch – 2x Annually (November & February)

  • Landscape Debris Removal – 43x Annually

  • Blowing Concrete Areas – 43x Annually in front of residential lots
